You can now insert notes in Drawings and Presentations, as you can in Writer. Just choose Insert > Comment.

I would like to know how you got that note in the 'body' of the page. Mine come up on the right side of the screen, off the page, with a line to an arrow at the point of insertion; I can't see a way to get it on the page.
