OpenOffice.org 2.3 has been released!

And it seems like that would be enough, but today is also a day to, well, note (certainly not celebrate, that would be unsportsmanlike ;> ) that the EU has upheld its judgment against Microsoft, and the big ol' fine.

This is awesome a lot of people are working on improving the Base module and we all hope it can get to a really good stage.

It reminds me of Kexi which is the KDE database module.
