I ran into Barton George at LinuxWorld in August. Barton develops relationships with the various GNU/Linux communities as well as Sun's relationship with the FSF.

It was marvellous to listen to your interview. This is the second audio clip I have heard, given the high cost of internet access (in ratio to ones take home pay). The first one was RMS comments after Sun's announcement of JAVA being GPL'ed. I have archived it on my home system. It is great and an absolute pleasure to hear clarity, conciseness and confidence of real thinking people doing real work.
I especially liked that 'Upgrade' bit. Guess I need to practise it here.
